Kyle’s practice includes class action, toxic tort, antitrust and unfair competition cases. His experience in antitrust class actions includes one of the largest and most complex antitrust cases in the country, In re Generic Drugs Antitrust Litigation, currently pending in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to attending law school, Kyle was a professionally certified tennis instructor. He graduated from the University of Missouri Law School in 2017 and holds an undergraduate degree from William Jewell College, with Deans List and Scholar-Athlete honors, along with the school record holder for All-Time Wins in varsity tennis. Kyle is admitted to the Missouri State bar.
