Maureen Forsyth has been elevated to Partner, recognizing her exceptional
contributions to the firm, her leadership, and her exceptional legal work on complex,
high-stakes matters.

Maureen joined Hartley LLP nearly four years ago and has quickly distinguished herself
as a smart, hardworking, and highly capable attorney. She is especially adept at
managing large, nationwide class actions involving tens of millions of documents,
bringing rigor, organization, and strategic insight to some of the firm’s most demanding
cases.

Beyond her technical excellence, Maureen is known for her positivity, friendliness, and
professionalism. She is a true team player—loyal, thoughtful, and consistently
exercising strong judgment—who elevates every matter she touches.
“We couldn’t be prouder to have Maureen represent the firm in her cases,” said Jason
Hartley, founding partner of Hartley LLP. “She is a delight to work with and generates
only the best work product.”

Maureen brings a wide array of experience to her new role as partner. Her practice
spans antitrust, class actions, consumer protection, shareholder and securities
litigation, government contracts, and debt recovery. She has played a key role in
legal strategy and case development for both individual and business clients, including
coordinating a large antitrust class action between six plaintiff groups and preparing for
apex depositions of Fortune 500 defendant executives.

Prior to joining Hartley LLP, Maureen practiced in one of the largest plaintiff firms in the
country.

Maureen earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1999, where she
was on the Dean’s List, and her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts,
Amherst, graduating cum laude with a dual degree in Legal Studies and English.
Hartley LLP congratulates Maureen Forsyth on this well-deserved achievement and
looks forward to her continued leadership and success as a partner of the firm.
