SAN DIEGO (June 24, 2020): Hartley LLP Founder Jason Hartley was named to the Daily Journal’s list of Top Antitrust Attorneys for 2020 and was featured in the publication’s June 24 issue.

Hartley was one of a select number of attorneys named to the statewide list which features “a mix of lawyers from the defense and plaintiffs’ bar along with government enforcement attorneys.” In his law practice, Hartley exclusively represents plaintiffs in commercial contingency matters, class action litigation, antitrust, and unfair competition cases. For the past several years, his practice has primarily involved antitrust and consumer class actions, and Hartley often represents the largest plaintiff class members in nationwide antitrust class actions.

“I’m proud to be included on a list of so many outstanding attorneys throughout the state,” said Hartley. “Enforcement of the antitrust and competition laws is critical to this country’s economic success. I appreciate the honor and send congratulations to my colleagues who were also recognized.”

A short profile of Hartley and the other top antitrust attorney honorees was printed in a special edition of the Daily Journal on June 24. The Daily Journal is California’s largest legal newspaper and covers court and legal news for California attorneys. The publication appears in print Monday through Friday.
