SAN DIEGO (July 28,2019):

Jason Hartley was a featured speaker at the Annual Convention of the American Association for Justice. Mr. Hartley addressed the Class Action Litigation Group to provide a practical guide to the unique deposition issues lawyers face in class action litigation. The program featured helpful strategies for preparing class representative witnesses for deposition, dealing with improper objections, and how to ensure the testimony elicited is enough to get key documents admitted at trial.  Mr. Hartley called on over 20 years’ experience deposing witnesses in class action litigation and used real life examples of solutions to problems commonly faced in class litigation.

The four-day Convention was held in San Diego this year and included talks and appearances by Jane Fonda, Rep. Dick Durbin, astronaut and Senate candidate Mark Kelly, and a host of other legislators and personalities.
