Hartley LLP is pursuing antitrust claims on behalf of employees against Wabtec and Knorr-Bremse, including Faiveley Transport which was recently acquired by Wabtec. These companies agreed not to solicit, hire, or poach each other’s employees in order to keep wages suppressed. These no-poach agreements restricted competition for their workers, which limited workers’ access to better job opportunities, restricted their mobility, and deprived them of significant information that they could have used to negotiate for better terms of employment.
