These companies agreed not to solicit, hire, or poach each other’s employees in order to keep wages suppressed. These no-poach agreements restricted competition for their workers, which limited workers’ access to better job opportunities, restricted their mobility, and deprived them of significant information that they could have used to negotiate for better terms of employment.
