Hartley LLP Attorneys Jason Hartley and Jason Lindner Named Super Lawyers® for 2022

SAN DIEGO (March 31, 2022): Hartley LLP Partners Jason Hartley and Jason Lindner were named to Thomson Reuters’ list of “Super Lawyers” for 2022.

Super Lawyers recognizes outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual Super Lawyers selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area. The result is a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of exceptional attorneys. No more than five percent of lawyers in the state are designated as Super Lawyers.

“It is an honor to be named a Super Lawyer,” said Jason Hartley, Founder of Hartley LLP. “This is a particularly special recognition because the research process includes peer reviews. Congratulations to all of the attorneys who were named Super Lawyers for this year.”

Jason Hartley represents exclusively plaintiffs in commercial contingency representation, class action litigation, antitrust, and unfair competition. He is involved in all aspects of civil litigation and has handled cases in both federal and state courts, in litigation and at trial. For the past several years, his practice has involved primarily antitrust and consumer class actions, often representing the largest plaintiff class members in nationwide antitrust actions.

Jason Lindner’s practice includes litigation of antitrust, unfair competition, complex business, California wage and hour, Fair Labor Standards Act, and other general class action litigation. He has successfully represented plaintiffs in individual commercial disputes, federal antitrust class actions, and in state law cases alleging unfair business practices.

This is the tenth time Jason Hartley has been named a Super Lawyer, and the seventh time Jason Lindner has been named a Super Lawyer.
