Third Settlement Reached in MDI case with Wanhua

July 10, 2026. After eight hard fought years of litigation, Plaintiffs have secured a third settlement in the MDI/TDI price fixing case. Following the pattern of the prior two settlements, this one increases both the amount of the settlement fund and the scope of cooperation Wanhua Chemical America, Inc. must provide in the case against the remaining defendants, Dow and Huntsman.
