April 11, 2018. Hartley LLP filed a lawsuit against several manufacturers of inductors, passive electronic components found in most electronic devices. The complaint alleges that Kemet, Murata, TOKO, Okaya, Panasonic, Sanyo, Sumida, Taiyo Yuden, TKD, Tokin and JEITA  conspired to fix the prices of inductors sold to companies in the United States. The DOJ has also opened a criminal investigation. If you or anyone you know purchased stand-alone inductors in the United States since 2002 or if you wish to learn more about the lawsuit, please contact us.
