Jason Hartley to speak at the Consumer Attorneys of California Annual Convention in San Francisco

November 1, 2018. Mr. Hartley will be speaking in San Francisco as a panelist at the annual convention of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the largest group of plaintiffs’ attorneys in the state. The Convention takes place November 15-18, 2018 and Mr. Hartley will be speaking during the Saturday afternoon session, November  17, just before the Installation and Awards dinner. He will address questions and issues concerning the best approaches to taking a deposition and utilizing deposition testimony for trial. He will identify and help attorneys avoid common mistakes made at depositions that can create real issues when that testimony is introduced at trial.
